Pay partners on attributed orders.
Record payouts. Never move money.
Each affiliate gets a unique link and discount code. Clicks and orders are attributed in the app. Commissions follow your percent, flat or per-product rules, including refund clawback. You pay people yourself; the app only keeps the ledger.
Three steps
Install, add an affiliate, share a link. Public signup and refer-a-friend live on your store through an app proxy.
Add affiliates
Invite someone, or let them apply on /apps/affiliates. Each person gets a tracking code, a discount code and a portal link.
Share links or codes
A theme embed stores ?ref= in a first-party cookie and a cart attribute. An order that uses the discount code is attributed the same way.
Record payouts
See clicks, orders and net commission. When you have paid someone outside the app, record it here and export CSV. The app never transfers funds.
What partners and customers see
Affiliates open a portal with their link, code, clicks, orders and amounts owed. Customers can request a refer-a-friend code. Shoppers who use a code simply see a normal discount at checkout.
Good to know
- Payouts are a ledger. The app records that you paid someone. It never moves money and never stores a bank or PayPal account.
- Attribution is first match. Discount code, then cart attribute, then landing URL. An already attributed order is not reassigned.
- Refunds claw back commission in proportion to the refunded share of the original subtotal.
- Free covers 10 affiliates. Growth is $29/month for 100. Pro is $79/month with no affiliate cap. Paid plans have a 14-day trial billed on your invoice.
What you get
Admin in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German or Italian. Free for small programs, then two paid plans.
Unique links and codes
Every affiliate has a tracking link and a discount code. Public signup is an app proxy page on your store.
Click and order attribution
Clicks are recorded through the proxy. Orders arrive on the orders/create webhook and match code, cookie or referral.
Commission rules
Percent or flat by default, overrides per affiliate, and per-product rules on matching line items.
Refund clawback
Refunds reduce commission in proportion to the refunded amount so you do not overpay.
Affiliate portal
Partners see their own stats without a password: the portal token in the URL is the login.
Payout CSV
Export payouts and commissions. You still pay people in your own bank, PayPal or store credit.
Free for 10 affiliates, then two paid plans
Paid plans include a 14-day trial. Shopify bills you. Development stores get a test charge.

Questions
Does the app pay my affiliates?
No. You pay them yourself. The app only records the amount, date and a note, and can export CSV.
How is an order attributed?
First a matching discount code, then the _avix_ref cart attribute from the theme embed, then ?ref= on the landing URL. The first match wins.
What happens on a refund?
Commission is reduced in proportion to the refunded share of the original subtotal. It never goes below zero.
Do I need a developer for the signup page?
The page is an app proxy at /apps/affiliates. After you install, turn the proxy on (Partners config) and optionally enable the theme embed for cookie tracking.
What customer data do you store?
Affiliate name and email (they typed it). For attributed orders: Shopify order id, order name, optional customer id, amounts. Referral codes store the customer’s email or customer id. Privacy webhooks honour deletion requests.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel a paid plan in Settings to return to Free (10 affiliates). Uninstall deletes the login session. Shopify later sends shop/redact and we delete the store’s data.
