AppVerix Affiliates: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Affiliates you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app lets you run an affiliate and referral program: unique links and discount codes, click and order attribution, commission rules, refund clawback, an affiliate portal and a payout ledger. It does not pay affiliates, does not move money and does not change orders after checkout.
2. Price and billing
- Free: up to 10 affiliates.
- Growth: $29 USD every 30 days, up to 100 affiliates, 14-day trial.
- Pro: $79 USD every 30 days, unlimited affiliates, 14-day trial.
- Shopify bills paid plans on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel a paid plan, use Settings in the app or uninstall it. Shopify stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
- If we change a paid price we tell you at least 30 days before, and you approve the new charge in Shopify.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your program rules, for paying affiliates, for tax reporting, and for making sure the offer is lawful where you sell.
- Test attribution with a development-store order before you rely on it.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running but don’t promise it will never be down. We may change or improve features, and tell you in advance if we remove something you pay for.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
9. Data Processing Addendum
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Data Processing Addendum. It explains how we process personal data for you as your processor, which subprocessors we use, our security measures, deletion and how we notify you of a breach. Our security and incident response policy is public.
